Interview Process — UTORONTO Fase ENGSCI Interview

Submit your initial OUAC application to trigger access to the U of T Engineering Applicant Portal. Your personalized interview link and instructions will appear inside the portal.
Log into the portal well before your deadline to review official video tutorials and complete practice modules. This helps you get comfortable with the interface and hardware setup.
Question 1 of the assessment requires you to review and agree to the terms and conditions before proceeding to the timed evaluation questions.
Question 2 provides a 250-to-300-word written response prompt. You are given 10 minutes to plan and type your answer directly into the portal text box.
Question 3 presents a video prompt with 2 minutes of preparation time followed by a strict 2-minute recording window. Note that re-recording is strictly prohibited.
Question 4 presents a problem-solving or engineering logic scenario with 2 minutes of prep time and a 3-minute recording window. Submit your response to finalize the assessment.
