(“DDAY”, “MockMore”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the information we collect from you. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information (“Personal Information”) when you use our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). It does not apply to data processed on behalf of customers using our business APIs, that data is governed by our customer agreements. 1. WHO CAN USE MOCKMORE We are currently not open to all users worldwide. 2. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT We collect Personal Information in the following ways: a. Interview Audio and Video Recordings Some mock interview features require the creation or upload of audio or video recordings (“Recordings”). These Recordings may include your voice, image, spoken responses, and related metadata. We collect and process these Recordings to generate interview analysis, scoring, transcripts, and feedback. We do not use your Recordings for face recognition, voice biometrics, or any form of biometric identification. Recordings may be stored on secure cloud providers such as AWS and may be processed through third-party AI tools, including speech-to-text and content-analysis services. You may request deletion of your Recordings at any time by contacting office@mockmore.com. Deleting Recordings may limit certain features available to you. 3.
