We at DDAY TECHNOLOGY INC. (“DDAY”, “MockMore”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the information we collect from you.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information (“Personal Information”) when you use our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). It does not apply to data processed on behalf of customers using our business APIs, that data is governed by our customer agreements.


1. WHO CAN USE MOCKMORE  
We are currently not open to all users worldwide.


2. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT  
We collect Personal Information in the following ways:

a. Information You Provide to Us
- Account Information – When you register, we collect your name, contact details, credentials, and payment information.  
- User Content – Information you upload or provide while using the Services (such as interview recordings, transcripts, or feedback).  
- Communication Information – Details you provide when contacting us (emails, messages, or support requests).  
- Social Media Information – If you engage with our pages on platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, or Instagram, we collect data you share and analytics provided by those platforms.  
- Other Information – Data you provide in surveys, events, or verification requests.

b. Information We Collect Automatically
When you use MockMore, we automatically collect technical data (“Technical Information”), including:
- Log Data – IP address, browser type, and time of requests.  
- Usage Data – Pages or features you use, time zone, country, and timestamps.  
- Device Information – Device type, OS, and browser identifiers.  
- Cookies – We use cookies to operate and improve our Services. You can control cookies via your browser settings.  
- Analytics – We use analytics tools to understand usage patterns and improve user experience.


c. Interview Audio and Video Recordings
Some mock interview features require the creation or upload of audio or video recordings (“Recordings”). These Recordings may include your voice, image, spoken responses, and related metadata. We collect and process these Recordings to generate interview analysis, scoring, transcripts, and feedback. We do not use your Recordings for face recognition, voice biometrics, or any form of biometric identification.

Recordings may be stored on secure cloud providers such as AWS and may be processed through third-party AI tools, including speech-to-text and content-analysis services.

You may request deletion of your Recordings at any time by contacting office@mockmore.com. Deleting Recordings may limit certain features available to you.


3. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION  
We may use your Personal Information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services  
- Support AI-driven features through third-party APIs such as OpenAI API  
- Communicate with you (including updates and announcements)  
- Develop and enhance our AI systems and new offerings  
- Prevent fraud, misuse, or security breaches  
- Comply with legal obligations  
- Perform business transfers (e.g., mergers or reorganizations)

Aggregated and De-Identified Information:
We may aggregate or anonymize Personal Information for analytics, research, and product improvement.  
Aggregated data cannot identify you personally.  
We do not attempt to re-identify anonymized data unless required by law.


4. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION  
We may share Personal Information in the following circumstances:

- Vendors and Service Providers:  
  To help operate our Services (e.g., hosting, analytics, customer support, cloud storage, payment processing).

- Business Transfers:

Accuracy Notice:  
AI-generated output may contain factual errors.  
If our system produces inaccurate information about you and you wish to correct it, please email office@mockmore.com.  
Due to technical limitations of AI systems, full correction may not always be possible.


6. ADDITIONAL U.S. STATE DISCLOSURES  
Under applicable U.S. privacy laws, users may have specific rights to access, correct, or delete their data. MockMore does not sell or share Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If you live in a state with specific privacy regulations (e.g., California, Virginia, Colorado), you may:
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your data  
- Appeal any decision related to such requests  
- Use an authorized agent to make these requests on your behalf

7. CHILDREN  
Our Services are not directed to children under 13.  
We do not knowingly collect information from children.  
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with data, please contact office@mockmore.com, and we will remove it.  
If you are 13–17 years old, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission to use MockMore.


8. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES  
Our Services may include links to third-party websites or services (e.g., social media).  
We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review the privacy policies of any external sites before sharing information.


9. SECURITY AND RETENTION  
We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your Personal Information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

We retain Personal Information only as long as necessary to:
- Provide and maintain our Services  
- Resolve disputes  
- Meet legal or security requirements  

Retention duration depends on the nature of the data and legal obligations.


10. INTERNATIONAL USERS  
By using MockMore, you understand that your data may be stored or processed in Canada or the United States, and accessed by service providers in other jurisdictions.

Legal bases for processing include:
- Performance of a contract (providing our Services to you)  
- Legitimate business interests (improving and securing the platform)
